Clients will be offered a detailed analysis of their training & non-training needs in Accommodation Services. The commissioning establishment will be presented with the main findings & recommendations. Subsequent training may be directed at staff or supervisors/management and can be delivered on or off the job.

On-the-Job Training:
The benefits of on-the-job training include real-life learning, immediate improvement, no downtime or away days. Training is undertaken as staff attend to their daily routines and will include Best Practice Standards of Performance from the perspective of guests and customers. Systems and Procedures Training will cover efficiency, safety, maintenance, and hygiene issues. Areas covered include guest bedroom & bathrooms, corridors, and public areas. The overall objective of this customer-centric training is to achieve and maintain Best Practice Standards while raising productivity levels leading ultimately to increased guest satisfaction and higher profits.
