This Course Includes
Manual Handling
This course will give attendees the knowledge and skills to correctly pre-assess the lifting, carrying, and lowering and moving of objects using proper techniques. It will identify best health and safety practice under Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Part 4 Chapter 2 of the ‘’General Application Regulation 2007, Manual Handling of Loads’’(General Applications) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2016.

Food Safety Level 2
This programme aims to equip learners with an understanding of Food Safety, HACCP and Allergy Management and awareness guidelines as laid down by the FSAI. This course covers all the fundamental training requirements for new and existing employees. We design our Food Safety Level 2 course so that all participants can have a thorough understanding of the right code of practice. Employees will also be aware of their responsibilities and compliance with both Irish and EU legislation.

The Fire Safety Training Course is designed to raise awareness of fire hazards in the workplace and how to act safely in the event of an emergency fire situation, including selecting and using the correct fire extinguisher. The course is also designed to train staff in your fire safety procedures. Safety and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Fires Services Act of 1981.

PHECC FIRST AID RESPONDER (FAR)
PHECC First Aid Responder (Far) course is to give First Aiders the skills and the knowledge to confidently recognise and care for people with life-threatening injuries before the arrival of healthcare practitioners. As part of this course FAR also includes the full Cardiac First Response Community standard.

Fire Safety Warden
This Fire Safety training course is designed to raise awareness of fire hazards in the workplace and how to act safely in the event of an emergency fire situation, including selecting and using the correct fire extinguisher as well as training your staff in fire safety procedures. Our Fire Warden course is a continuation of the Fire Safety Awareness course which will provide you with the necessary training required to be a qualified Fire Warden. It will educate you about what you and your employer’s legal duties are, will provide you with an understanding of fire, familiarise you with fire hazards and fire safety arrangements, and detail what your emergency evacuation procedures should entail. Both the Fire Safety Awareness/Warden training is covered under the Safety and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Fires Services Act of 1981.
