Derek has found some of Ireland's biggest fashion and international models including Glenda Gilson, Vogue Williams, Rosanna Davison, Georgia Salpa, Nadia Forde to Catriona Balfe 
Derek’s family background includes a long line of Producers and Director’s in both Theatre, TV & Film so it was no surprise that he found his natural flair in fashion production and has produced countless fashion shows and shoots all over the world from London, Sydney to Cape Town. 
Derek has also worked as a choreographer for many years helping launch many of Ireland top bands and has worked with RTE, TV3, Channel 4 and BBC on numerous different projects. 

Derek has trained top Irish and international models and has given deportment classes for many years to both men and women.

He believes that moving gracefully is the key to being poised, graceful and elegant.
