Effective Business Email and short Report Writing Skills

How to structure effective emails and reports that strike the right tone and get the response you desire. The programme covers Best Practice Guidelines and how to avoid common pitfalls. The programme is run as a workshop with participants submitting emails/short reports in advance of the course with feedback and workshop activities to build writing skills and insights into what layout and messaging is effective.

Customer & Client Communication Skills 

How to prepare for and navigate sensitive conversations with customers and clients that build positive relationships and outcomes

Effective Conference Call and Meeting Skills
