Meet The Team

Annette Kinne is a communications specialist and is one of Ireland’s most internationally experienced corporate training and development consultants.
She led the Andec Team that set up and ran the Training and Development function within the Irish operation of a major international Bank over a two year period. During this time she conducted a detailed Training Needs Analysis within the organisation. She also spearheaded the development of customised specialist training programmes for staff from developing clear goals and outcomes with managers, sourcing and supporting specialist facilitators, overseeing and developing content, and monitoring a process for ensuring the successful transfer of skills to the workplace.
Annette’s specialist area is communications & influencing skills for powering business effectiveness. She has worked with Government Ministers, CEO’s and Senior Management teams and the Not for Profit Sector in developing their personal, team and organisational communications skills and processes.
Communications is at the heart of many key success behaviours and systems with-in organisations and as such Annette has developed customised programmes and workshops focused on areas such as Strategic Planning, Team Communications and Effectiveness, Communications and Influencing skills, Presentations, Business Writing, Meeting and Conference Call skills, Performance Management, Time Management and Prioritising, Sales Strategies, Customer Care and Media Interview Skills. Annette believes Business and Personal effectiveness are powered by the ability to generate and maintain a positive attitude and motivation around clear goals and with defined steps and processes to bed down changes in behaviour and thinking.
She has worked across many sectors including IT, Pharmaceutical, Banks, Biotechnology, Financial Services and the Retail Sector. Clients include Apple, PayPal, Eir, Pfizer, Nestle, Wyeth, GSK, AXA, EMC, Green Isle, Eir, Mars, Comtrade, Alltech, Vanderbilt, Banks, HSE, and ComReg.
Annette has also worked as an award winning TV producer/director and journalist for Network 9, Network 10, and the ABC in Australia, Sky News in London and RTE, Ireland. She has won the prestigious Irish Film and TV Award (IFTA) and Radharc award for documentaries produced and shown on RTE. She produced the business programme, Marketplace for RTE with presenters Miriam O’Callaghan and Pat Kenny, and George Lee was the economics correspondent. Annette now also produces customised videos and animations for the Corporate, Public and Not for Profit sectors.
PR Companies bring their clients to Annette for specialist media interview skills training and she prepares people for interviews on News programmes, Prime Time, The Late Late Show, Saturday Night Show, Live Line, Sean O’Rourke, Marion Finnucan, Matt Cooper, the Pat Kenny Show, The Business and TV AM. Annette has also prepared politicians for pre-election television debates, and Ard Fheis key note speeches.
She has an Arts degree in Journalism, English, Politics and Psychology from the University of Queensland, Australia, a Certificate in Training and Continuous Education from NUI Maynooth, Ireland, is a master NLP practitioner, Enneagram practitioner and certified Image Consultant.
She has worked with clients in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Middle East, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and the USA. She is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development, the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and Screen Producers Ireland.
